Robert Hughes Color Guard Donation - $10
Robert Hughes, a past President of TNSSAR and a devoted advocate for our Society who was instrumental in getting new chapters started and a firm believer in the color guard, passed away on March 27.
In his honor past President and past Southern District VPG, James Hofstetter, wants to establish a fund for the color guard in Robert’s name. He is making a challenge to match donations from members up to $1,000. The fund would be used by our color guard to purchase new items and to replace old, worn items. The Color Guard Commander would make a proposal to the BoG for approval to utilize the funds as needed.
This item is a $10 donation to the Robert Hughes Color Guard Fund as well as a $1 processing fee charged by our online payment processor. If you wish to donate more, you can select multiple quantities.
You may instead mail a check to Will Adams noting “Hughes Fund” on the memo line.

All donations will be tracked by our Treasurer with a regular report provided to the BoG. The match will be open for 90 days. After that, donations will be appreciated but will not be included in the matching funds.
